You must provide the proof of purchase.
The products must be in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered.
The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact, including the accompanying certification.
The products are not quick delivery items, engraved, or gift vouchers.
We will not cover the costs of re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself. Please ensure that your choice of courier insures the parcel for the full value and is a reputable postal service. For extra security it is advised not to write Diamonds or Diamond Jewellery on the outside of your parcel.
Once we have received your returned item(s) it will be inspected by our Quality Assessment Team. Should the item be found to have been worn, damaged, resized, altered or tampered with in any way at all, it will not be accepted for refund.
If your item is accepted by our Quality Assessment Team, depending on the payment method used, it will take between 8-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
