Consumer Guarantee

Your Consumer Law Rights

In Australia, our goods come with automatic guarantees that cannot be removed under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees apply to any products you buy from us.

Non-Excludable Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law and subject to our Website Terms of Use: 

  • If there is a major defect with your product, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
  • If the product has a minor defect, you may be entitled to have it repaired or replaced.
  • We may require evidence of the issue before we determine if the product is defective and give you access to the remedies that you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us while we make our assessment of your claim in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and provide you with the appropriate Australian Consumer Law remedy based on your claim and the product issue.
