Are your Diamonds certified?
Yes, both our lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds are certified by independent diamond grading labs, and have an inscription that matches the number on the laboratory certificate.
I like an item of Jewellery on your site, but would like a very specific change, can that be done?
All of our pieces are made to order, which makes us able to customize our items to fit your personal preferences. If you would like to modify the finish, metal, gemstone or stone size, please feel free to contact us
Can you help me design a Custom Piece of Jewellery?
Diamonds by Sadé specializes in bespoke Jewellery, and can create any Jewellery piece you desire.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes! Please let us know at the time of your order.
Please note that engraving white gold products may result in inconsistent colouring between the engraved and non-engraved surfaces; re-rhodium plating will remove the engraving.
If I have jewellery engraved, can it be returned?
Once your piece has been engraved, it cannot be returned. However if for any reason your jewellery is faulty it may be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law terms and conditions.
What if I need my ring to be re-sized?
Diamonds by Sadé offers one free ring resizing upto 2 sizes up or down. This is allowed for 30 days after receiving your ring. After this, there is a small charge.
How long will it take to craft my ring?
All our rings, including stunning lab grown diamond rings, are made to order and are usually delivered in 3-4 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Diamonds by Sadé, we accept a variety of payments including direct debit, credit/debit cards, paypal, afterpay and many more. We also offer interest free finance.
